The student council from the school in St Simon’s Road, Southsea, were able to see "behind the scenes" before meeting with Flick for a round table discussion about her work in Parliament and in Portsmouth.
Afterwards, the group watched Defence Questions in the House of Commons.
'It’s always a pleasure to see young people so interested in politics and government and it was good to see how informed the students were,” said Flick.
'Topics I was questioned on included how to get more women into politics So I certainly didn’t get an easy time during the discussions.
'Many thanks to the school for coming up to Westminster'.
