Flick asks about how the measures in the Budget will help Meon Valley

I was pleased to speak in the Budget debate about the measures which will help us in the Meon Valley- the Solent Freeport nearby, and the Levelling Up Fund, which I am hoping to help our local authorities access to improve Waterlooville.
